INSTRUCTIONS:
- Follow instructions at the top of the page. Make sure you use the full range of numbers. It should take you about 10 minutes to take the test.
2. When done, add the numbers in each column. Put the total at the bottom.
3. Add or subtract, according to the instructions.
4. Indicate your final score in the last row.
5. Circle your highest number.
6. Write “S”, “D”, “C”, “I” along the bottom under each column.
7. If your highest number is >44, it’s considered “high”.
8. If you have more than one “high” number, it is your secondary style. You are a “blend” of both.
SCORING -- WHAT IT MEANS
Five kinds of results are possible:
- A single pattern consisting of one high dimension (>=44).
- A double combination with two styles meeting or exceeding the cutoff (>=44).
- A triple combination with three styles meeting or exceeding the cutoff (.=44).
- No numbers meet or exceed the cutoff.
- All four numbers meet or exceed the cutoff.
NOTE: If all four numbers meet or exceed the cutoff: you may feel that you need to be all things to all people. It’s possible that you felt/thought you were supposed to respond in a certain way -- whether or not you actually felt/thought that way. It’s important to note there are no RIGHT or WRONG answers. You can take the assessment again, this time focusing more closely on the situation or choosing a new one. Slow down and use the full range of responses available to you.
